they do cruise tours all over. I know that in Europe they do it alot
I don’t know if Hawaii has that because it seems like NCL has the monopoly in HA. I know that on NCL in HA on the ships you can’t gamble. Hope this helps. Also Google cruise tours and see what and where they are.
